Job Summary:  Responsibilities include basic operation of equipment associated with backend semiconductor wafer production operations, including wafer dicing, pick and place and inspection.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection
• Wafer mounting
• Operation of automated equipment, including set up, calibration & maintenance
• Inspection and tracking of parts
• Maintain detailed records such as travelers & enter data into database
• Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition
• Report defective material or questionable conditions to supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to handle and inspect small and delicate components.
• Must prioritize, work well under pressure, and focus on work in midst of noise.
• Must wear appropriate cleanroom attire
• Previous cleanroom experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
